Many of packages available in-house are proprietary applications for which full support licenses are held, and these are complemented by a number of in-house applications. Each discipline is listed below with a brief description of its key software tools: SACS SUITE The SACS (Structural Analysis Computer System) Suite from Engineering Dynamics Inc. (EDI) consists of a number of compatible structural analysis programs which are interfaced to each other to permit the output of one program to be the input to another. The programs comprise structural data generators such as geometry, member dimensions, material properties and environmental conditions. The solution programs perform element analysis of internal forces on which post processing programs assess structural performance, code checks and plot geometry, drawings and bills of material.
ANSYS ANSYS software solves for the combined effects of multiple forces, accurately modeling combined behaviors resulting from "multi-phases" interactions. The software also features advanced non-linear material simulation. PDMS This Software is a complete solution for piping with about 30 years experience. It covers all required components and powerful tools for piping engineers so catalog defining, SIT MODELLING, PIPING MATERIALS ,STEEL STRUCTURAL MODELLING, M.T.O,CLASHING, EQUIPMENT LIBRARY etc. It works on LAN NETWORK and has main Modules Including, Catalog Define, Piping Materials and Design. 1. PIPING 2. EQUIPMENT & VESSEL 3. STEEL STRUCTURE 4. SITE AREA 5. SUPPORT, CLASHING, M.T.O, ADMIN. It has been designed for working on a LAN network and unlimited user connection. Users can develop the project in case of many team work. CAESAR CAESAR is a famous software for piping analysis works. At this software engineers can model the complete pipe lines with full details include following items: Pipe material includes density and heat expansion coefficient. Support type, Fixed point, Heat transfer at special nodes, Fluid properties, Rigidity of supports and many others. After modeling of lines and running the solver. It prepares the stress analysis reports and shows the critical point on pipe line nodes. STAAD PRO 2001 General purpose structural analysis and design system for onshore and offshore structures. PLAXIS PLAXIS is a finite element package specifically intended for the analysis of deformation and stability in geo-technical engineering projects. Geo-technical applications require advanced constitutive models for the simulation of the nonlinear and time-dependent behavior of soils. In addition, since soil is a multiphase material, special procedures are required to deal with hydrostatic and non-hydrostatic pore pressure in soil. SAFE SAFE is a reinforced concrete slab and foundation analysis. It also is used designing program, based on the finite element method. ETABS General purpose structural analysis and design for onshore and topside structures. MATHCAD Structural calculations for a range of standard processes anode design, ballasting calculations, joint fatigue analysis, G-Forces for floating structures etc. SAP2000 Nonlinear SAP2000 is a Static and Dynamic finite element analysis and design of structures program. SAP2000 represents the state-of-the-art in three-dimensional finite element technology for structural engineering. It provides a single user interface to create, modify, analysis, check and optimize the design of a structure. Graphical displays of results, include real-time animation of time history displacements, are easily produced. ISOICO Oil and Gas Industries workshops are well equipped with modern profile cutting machines, forming tools and shape equipment. To fabricate and test any kind of steel or concrete production, various rollers, welding equipment, stress relieving machines, mechanical, metallurgical and constructional testing laboratories, paint shops are performed. Various range of over-head and mobile cranes, skidding and loading facilities enable us to lift, load, handle, carry and transport heavy items over 8000 Tones.

& QC PolicyISOICO Oil and Gas department has developed Quality, Safety and Environmental policies to realize its missions and visions in the form of following goals so that all managers and personnel comply with obligations towards their application. The goals are:
An integrated quality management system for the Oil and Gas Department has been designed and implemented according to ISO 9000:2000, ISO 14001-1996 & OHSAS 18001-1999. The efficiency of this organization is continually improving. The objective of Oil and Gas group is to ensure a continuous improvement in the performance of their work. To achieve this goal the required processes of the integrated quality management system has been identified through out the organization. These processes are divided into three parts: Main, Support and Management. Main processes include, project management, planning, engineering, procurement, construction, load-out, transportation, installation and commissioning. Supporting processes include that part of processes, which act as support services. In respect of HSE, ISOICO believes it should provide a safe environment for personnel and subcontractors while trying to decrease the impacts and environmental risks, caused by organization processes.
1. Current Projects: South Pars Phases 6, 7 and 8 onshore facilities: Construction of 5000 tons of supporting structure for onshore plant of phases 6, 7 and 8 of South Pars Gas Field development Project. Project Duration: 10 months 2. Bids participated: South Pars Gas Field Development Phases 17 and 18: Full EPCI Package for Offshore facilities comprising of Wellhead platform, Jackets, ancillaries and 200 km sub sea pipeline. Reshadat Oilfield Development Project—EPCI Package: Comprising 5 Platforms including 1 Production Platform, 1 Living quarter, 2 wellhead Platform and 1 flare Platform.
F.P.S.O Studying the Market demand and forecasting the future requirement of Persian Gulf region, ISOICO decided to obtain know how of Design and Fabrication of F.P.S.O technology and the other types of floating production units. So far ISOICO has performed the initial feasibly study and plans to carry out the engineering in order to convert old oil tankers to F.P.S.O. In this regard ISOICO is arranging to joint and make contracts with reputable and well known world wide companies. We trust that ISOICO is capable to be a pioneer in F.P.S.O Designer/ Fabricator in the region . Launch Barge ISOICO has already built it’s own 10,000 ton launch barge to perform the necessary sea heavy lift operations. In order to develop the applications of the mentioned barge, a project is defined to equip the barge with the required equipment and a complete portable heavy duty crane to be designed and mounted on it. That will enable the barge to install all kind of topsides up to 6000 tons. Heavy Load Handling In order to fulfill the necessary Heavy Load Operations for Offshore & Shipbuilding industries, ISOICO decided to design and fabricate its own multipurpose Heavy load handling system. ISOICO has achieved knowledge of abnormal load Engineering and the fabrication designed equipment for the time being. ISOICO can handle all its heavy load jobs and aims to cover all the client’s heavy load handling project needs up to 6000 ton capacity, in near future.
